They’re packed with more aeros than you could ever imagine!
If there’s one exercise that Arlington, VA health clubs are known for, it’s aerobics. Don’t get me wrong, aero is a terrific workout especially for those who want to improve cardiovascular… but aero as a means of losing the fat is totally absurd.
