Tillinator Anti-Pasta

Ingredients
| 1/2 cup pasta sauce | 60 kcal |
| 3/4 cup precooked chicken – cubed | 174 kcal 1 cup frozen |
| broccoli | 20 kcal |
| 1/4 cup fresh mozzarella | 87 kcal |
Instructions
- Microwave broccoli long enough to defrost it (follow directions on bag).
- While broccoli is cooking, place sauce and chicken in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
- Poor water off of defrosted broccoli, and add broccoli to pan.
- Cook and stir for approx. 2 min.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with cheese. You’re done.
