Tillinator Anti-Pasta

Ingredients

1/2 cup pasta sauce 60 kcal
3/4 cup precooked chicken – cubed 174 kcal 1 cup frozen
broccoli 20 kcal
1/4 cup fresh mozzarella 87 kcal

Instructions

  1. Microwave broccoli long enough to defrost it (follow directions on bag).
  2. While broccoli is cooking, place sauce and chicken in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
  3. Poor water off of defrosted broccoli, and add broccoli to pan.
  4. Cook and stir for approx. 2 min.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and top with cheese. You’re done.
