I have been working with Josef for about 2 months now
I was at the end of my rope when it came to getting into better shape and losing some weight. I was eating healthy food, paying particular attention to the glycemic level of carbs, trying to eat lots of vegetables, fruit, and unprocessed foods. I ran or worked on the elliptical machine at least 5 days per week – 20 minutes minimum per session. I knew that the last 10-15 pounds are the hardest to take off, but the scale was not going down as a result of my efforts – my weight was gradually, steadily going up. I decided that I needed to find a personal trainer to work with me. That’s when I stumbled upon Josef’s website. I was amazed at all of the free information he had … and it all made so much sense. I loved the myths he dispelled and his depth of knowledge. It was obvious that this guy was passionate about the field of health and nutrition. Could he help me (at 57 years of age) reach my fitness goals?
I have been working with Josef for about 2 months now. When I met him, I was growing out of my clothes and had bought a few size 10 pants. After a few weeks, my size eights were comfortable again but I was somewhat discouraged that I was not losing much weight. Then last week (8 weeks into the program) I experienced a major breakthrough – 4 pounds lost in one week (10 pounds total loss) AND I could fit into size 6 pants! I feel great, I have so much more energy, and the best part is that I LOVE my workouts. Josef changes my routines often enough that I never get bored. He is such a good listener and encourager. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Real results, as promised.
I literally lost 4.5 lbs. in the first week without starving while following Josef’s training and eating program. I opted to really focus hard in my first few weeks and thought I’d never be able to eat out and would be in the gym all the time, but with his help I’ve been able to make smart choices at restaurants and actually work out less, but smarter and more efficient, than when I was trying to do this on my own! The thing I like most about the program is that Josef provides you with supporting materials including a clear plan, workout guides with photos, and answers to frequently asked questions. I am impressed with how challenging the workouts are but they don’t depend on having access to big sets of weights – they truly could be done at home at minimal cost. I feel he’s setting me up to succeed on my own. I just wish I had started sooner!
